Lease Management System (LMS)
The Lease Management system is an ERP-based system that will allow the user to manage all the transactions through his wallet when the amount for the generated Challan is paid against the respective Lease Number. This system allows the Lease Owner to select the respective district and draw the map within the required limit mentioned in the form.
Rahdari Management System
The Rahdari management system is designed to record the data for all the checkpost-related data by accessing the page with Rahdari User credentials. This system will help in getting the Mineral Weight before and after the truck has been loaded through the automated process of entering details related to the Truck Number and the mineral that is selected for the checkpost. The Rahdari user fills in all the relevant information against the Ticket Number will display information along with the barcode.
Finance Management System
The Finance management system is designed to record and keep track of all the financial data from the webpage related to the profile belonging to the respective Lease Owner. The purpose of the Finance user is to approve all the Lease Applications through the automated system. Lease Owner generates the Challan for the Mining Lease/License and the Finance user approves the Challan after verifying all the details related to the voucher.
Inspection And Litigation System
The complete process for the Inspection and Litigation system will show all the information related to the next hearing date for a particular case along with the Onsite Report related to the Mining Lease/License and the owner. The Inspector penalty Challan will also be shown if there is any Challan generated.

Summary
The purpose of the project is to monitor all the activities that are ongoing in the department and make the resources available timely. This automated system will ensure Reliability in the decision making by the Heads. It will also help in minimizing the fault and errors that can occur in the activities that are being carried out manual.
